The Ham Fisted Demos are songs from 1993-1995.  They contain Ham Fisted songs and other unreleased songs from this time period.   The demos have not surfaced as an entire demo, but the following songs have emerged:  Mayonnaise and Malaise, Cynic, Stoner, Ray Miland and a completely different version of Hit The Skids.
